La Manga Spa

La Manga Club Resort recently received a massive boost when the landmark Spa La Manga Club opened at the beginning of march 2004. The purpose built spa, which is located at Las Lomas, offers a wide range of spa treatments and fitness packages, and is a welcome addition to the amenities offered at the complex.

  Spa La Manga Club also offers one of the widest range of treatments available in spain, the various treatments include:

Fitness and Spa facilities

• a six lane 25 metre indoor swimming pool

• separate kids pool

• fitness centre

• aerobics studio

• 13 spa treatment rooms, including couples rooms and deluxe spa suites

• spa area with steam rooms, jacuzzis and therapeutic showers

A full range of group fitness classes are planned at the spa, including latin moves dance classes, ab-solution designed to give abdominal strength and an international waters programme that uses water for support and resistance in an impact free workout session.

These include swedish and deep tissue massages as well as the lavender signature massage which includes a full body massage, foot treatment, facial cleansing and facial massage.

Samezen Hot Stone Treatment

Based on ancient scandinavian techniques, it includes a full body exfoliation followed by a relaxing herbal bath and finally a hot stone massage.

Baths and Body Scrubs

Spa La Manga Club offers a range of baths and body scrubs, including aromatherapy mineral bath designed to relieve stress. other treatments include herbal baths and thalasso seaweed baths, body scrubs include the turkish salt scrub and the camomile body scrub.

Facials

A whole range of facials is available, including refresher facials, gentlemen’s facials and a deep cleansing facial.  A deluxe range of pampering treatments has also been developed and includes the antioxidant vitamin c facial which is geared up towards making the skin smoother and more radiant. Others include aromatherapy facials, anti-ageing facials and our favourite, signature caviar facial using sevruga caviar and chinese herbs to help skin regeneration.

The exclusive range includes luxury foot treatments, golfers tonics, which include a relaxing hydrotherapy bath and reflexology foot massage, the “club house” and the “resort treat” which is the ultimate pampering experience. Other treatments include the ultimate spa experience which includes a lavender kur treatment and also the caviar facial, and also the guilt free golf which is geared towards golf widows (or widowers) and includes samezen stone rituals, herbal baths, and a whole load of other treatments. The spa also offers a full day resort bliss series of treatments which lasts approximately 5 hours.

 Kur treatments are designed to replenish the body with essential minerals, and use natural resources drawn from around the world. the treatments include the aroma kur, thalasso kur, thermal mineral kur and the lavender kur.
