•  Regular Property Inspection -  This includes airing and any recommendations for improvements to your property.  Particular attention will be paid to humidity, water damage/leakage, condition of interior furnishings and pest-control. Electrical appliances will be checked and ensured that they are in full working order.

• Personal Attention - to be paid to co-ordinate all the details of your/clients visit, to ensure that your property is fully prepared on your/client arrival.  An on-site office at La Manga Club Resort who are helpful and well informed with an inexhaustable knowledge of the area, who are happy to help you and your guests at all times.  

• Our Office  - We are situated in the heart of La Manga Club in Bellaluz Square.  We have an emergency twenty-four hour call out service (with no recorded messages) for all our rental properties.   

• Housekeeping - We have our own cleaners who are personally known to us and who take  pride in their work. Our housekeepers will prepare your property prior to your/client arrival and departure. We can also provide spring cleans, mid-stay cleans and after works cleans (prices on application).

• Accounts - Dealing with all of your financial commitments such as local taxes, utility payments, club and community fees offering you complete peace of mind.

• Car Hire - We can arrange car hire for you or your guests.  It can be delivered to the airport ready for your arrival or alternatively be ready for you at your property. 

• Airport Pick-Up Service - We can arrange a door-to-door service for you or your guests to be picked up from either Murcia, Alicante Airport or even Cartagena Station and driven to their holiday destination. This service is particulary busy during the summer season, especially for 1st timers to La Manga Club.

•  Welcome Grocery Packs - Free of charge with every direct booking.

• General Maintenance & Redecoration - We can arrange for general maintenance, any re-decoration or even total refurbishment of your spanish property and have extensive knowledge of retail and electrical suppliers to meet your specific requirements.

• Tourist Information - We provide an essential up-to-date guide in every property that we manage in La Manga Club, which includes a restaurant guide, areas of interest, golf and tennis fees and all academies.

• Key Collection Service - Because we have an office on La Manga Club Resort we are able to offer a free key collection and drop-of service.  Should you require key collection outside of office hours we have an outside safe deposit box where keys can be collected or deposited   free of charge.

•  Pooled Linen - We do not ask you to provide your own linen or to buy into the pooled linen service that we offer this is provided free of charge. Naturally you may prefer to have your own linen supply and this can be fitted before your arrival and cleaned and stored after your departure.

• Nursery Equipment - Lighten the load, we all know how tricky it is trying to remember to bring all those little essentials that you think you cant do without, and we all know how expensive excess luggage is these days.  For this reason we have an extensive range of nursery equipment for hire, ranging from potties all the way through to buggies. Prices on application and bedding is included free of charge.

• Tailor-Made - Because everything is totally in house, we can provide a tailor-made service especially for you. We will do our best to facilitate any requests that you may have. 

• Website Advertising- Free addition of your property to our website with photos, text and availability chart and an online 24hr reservation system.

• Owners Bookings- At La Manga Gold we do not charge you, the owner any administration charges or amendment charges for your own bookings this is free of charge. 

• Luggage Storage- If your client has a late flight on their day of departure we will store their luggage for them free of charge.
